A Santa Fe Inspired Guest Bath

A GUEST BATH (ON A BUDGET!) TO BE PROUD OF

Our clients decided it was finally time to update their very dated guest bathroom. Two sinks were a must and they didn’t want to invest too much money. The solution? We kept the layout as it was but replaced the vanity, added an additional sink, and installed new plumbing fixtures and flooring. In the tub/shower we replaced the wall tile and added a mosaic detail with a niche that adds lots of personality. The result? A one-of-a-kind guest bath that never fails to leave a lasting impression on all who visit.

After - We kept the existing tub to save money, although it was professionally cleaned with muriatic acid to give it a brand-new look. The new inexpensive wall tiles look more expensive than they were thanks to the niche design.

PS. It’s not by coincidence that the “box” and the diagonal tile pattern worked out the way it did. Took quite a bit of drafting and “math” lol.
